By submitting your return, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to our Return and Exchange Policy.

How do I return?

  • Enter your 6-digit order number (refer to your order confirmation email for your 6-digit order number) and email address in the fields above and click Search
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • If you select to use your own carrier please email your tracking number to:

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for returns
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping 

**We do not cover the postage charge for your return items. WE recommend you return your items with a trackable delivery method so you are covered in case the returned item is lost or damaged during transit. Eagle Six Gear will not be held responsible for damages or lost return items.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer free returns, as due to our price point we can’t increase prices to absorb the postage. We hope you understand.

What items are returnable?

  • You can request to return your items thru our Return Portal within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
    ✓ Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery (if it was a gift, please contact us here)
    ✓ Return item in the original plastic sleeve with the barcode still attached and clear
    ✓ Item should be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition received in
    ✓ Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder
    ✓ Not a discontinued, final sale or made to order item 
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable! 
  • Note – all tees / hoodies / tanks / personalized items / metal signs are Made to order and not returnable 

Faulty Items / Wrong Item Received

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please email us a description and photo of the faulty/wrong item and wait for our reply:

How soon will I get my store credit / refund?

  • Your return is inspected and processed typically within 7 business days of receiving your return to our office.
  • If you are approved, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card which will cover the total purchase price of the returned items (excluding shipping costs)
  • For returns of discontinued items where you opted to be refunded: the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note, refunds to credit cards can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted depending on your bank.
