We want you to love your Eagle Six Gear items as much as we do, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a Store Credit provided it meets these conditions:
- Return request is submitted thru our Return Portal within 14 days of delivery (if it was a gift, please contact us here)
- Products need to be returned in the original packaging with the barcode still attached and clear
- Unworn, unwashed and in the original condition products are received in
- Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder
- Must not be stained, torn or damaged in any way
- Not a Clearance, Discontinued, Final Sale or Made to Order item
- Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
- Note – men's tees / women's tees / hoodies / women's tank tops / men's long sleeve shirts / personalized items / metal signs are Made to Order and not returnable (unless received damaged or we sent you the wrong item, if this happens, contact us)
If your return meets these requirements, login to our returns portal to submit your return. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility**. If you choose to send the item back through a courier of your choice, please email us the tracking number.
Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect it to make sure it meets the above criteria and then issue a store credit in the form of a gift voucher. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once we've received it.
The Store Credit / gift voucher is valid for 3 years, and will cover the total purchase price of the returned items (excluding shipping costs).
We do not offer exchanges – we will provide you with a store credit to spend on a new size or item. Made to order and customized products as well as items marked "Discontinued" or "Clearance" cannot be returned unless faulty or the wrong size or item is received.
**We do not cover the postage charge for your return items. WE recommend you return your items with a trackable delivery method so you are covered in case the returned item is lost or damaged during transit. Eagle Six Gear will not be held responsible for damages or lost return items.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer free returns, as due to our price point we can’t increase prices to absorb the postage. We hope you understand.
Please don't send your parcel back to us as Return To Sender (RTS), as we can not guarantee that the parcel will be delivered to us. We will also need to take the cost of additional postage incurred by us off your store credit.
Please provide us the tracking number for the return and keep a copy of it for your reference.
Important: If your return does not meet the above requirements, it will be sent back with shipping charges payable by you, the customer.
FAULTY ITEMS / WRONG ORDER RECEIVED
If you've received an incorrect or faulty item, please do not return it to us directly; first, email us at email@example.com with a description of the issue and attach photos of the item or items as received.
Once it has been reviewed and deemed a fault, we will guide you through what to do next.
Depending on the product, we may or may not ask you to return the faulty or incorrect item. Either way, we will make sure you get the correct item or a replacement or a refund - whichever applies.
