Eagle Six Gear's Return and Exchange Policy has updated since 08/05/2022, from order #115307. All orders moving forward adhere to the updated policy.

For customers who ordered prior to this, we will honor our old exchange and refund policy which you can read here.

We want you to love your Eagle Six Gear items as much as we do, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a Store Credit provided it meets these conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all the tags still attached (if applicable)
  • Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder
  • Not a Discontinued, Final Sale or Made to Order item  
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable! 
  • Note – all tees / hoodies / tanks / personalized items are Made to Order and not returnable 

If your return meets these requirements, login to our returns portal to submit your return, remembering to include your tracking number. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility**. 

Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect it to make sure it meets the above criteria and then issue a store credit in the form of a gift voucher. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once we've received it.

The Store Credit / gift voucher is valid for 3 years, and will cover the total purchase price of the returned items (excluding shipping costs).

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges – we’ll provide you with a store credit to spend on a new size or item. Items marked "Discontinued" cannot be returned unless faulty or the wrong size is received.  

SHIPPING COSTS  

**We do not cover the postage charge for your return items. WE recommend you return your items with a trackable delivery method so you are covered in case the returned item is lost or damaged during transit. Eagle Six Gear will not be held responsible for damages or lost return items. 

Unfortunately, we can’t offer free returns, as due to our price point we can’t increase prices to absorb the postage. We hope you understand.

Please don't send your parcel back to us as Return To Sender (RTS), as we can not guarantee that the parcel will be delivered to us. We will also need to take the cost of additional postage incurred by us off your store credit.

Please provide us the tracking number for the return and keep a copy of it for your reference.

Important: If your return does not meet the above requirements, it will be sent back with shipping charges payable by you, the customer. 

FAULTY ITEMS / WRONG ORDER RECEIVED

If you've received an incorrect or faulty item, please do not return it to us directly; first, email us at support@eaglesixgear.com with a description of the issue and attach photos of the item or items as received. 

Once it has been reviewed and deemed a fault, we will guide you through what to do next.

Faulty/incorrect items returned to us within 14 days are replaced with the same item or store credit. If the item is out of stock/discontinued, we will offer you a refund.
