Payment Methods Accepted

We accept payments using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and American Express and the following payment tools: Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Shipping Fee within the USA 

For Headwear, Polo Shirts, Quarter Zips, Button downs, Swim Trunks, Men's Tees, Patches:

  • Orders up to $56.99 = $7.99 Standard Shipping 2-5 days
  • Orders $57 to $79.99 = $8.99 Standard Shipping 2-5 days
  • Orders $80 and over = Free Standard Shipping 2-5 days

Discount Codes

From time to time we offer discount codes to our customers. If you have made a purchase before, it is possible for you to receive more than one discount or promotional code. However, it is not possible to use more than one discount codes at the same time in one order. 

NOTE: Discount codes can only be applied on purchases made online through allamericanapparel.co and not for orders made over the phone. 

Shipping Disclaimer

We ship all items in one order together, if you have a pre-order item in your order, we will wait to have the pre-order item on hand before sending your complete order out. If you need the non pre-order items sooner, please order them separately.

We use the United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx to ship items out and provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order and know when to expect your package. Once your shipment has left our facility, you assume full responsibility for your package. 

Eagle Six Gear will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend items that are lost or stolen, when sent to an unsecure postal address or incorrect address.

For any missing packages that are marked as delivered by the postal service, please contact the postal service to inquire about the parcel. 

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

About Our Products

They are sourced from American companies which may get or manufacture some of their products overseas. 

Order Delays

Our hats are typically shipped out the next business day, and our golf polo shirts, swim trunks and button downs within 1-2 business days of ordering. Pre-order items are shipped on the estimated ship-by date as indicated on the product information page. Made to order items (men's t-shirts, ladies t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, tank tops, hoodies, drinkware and metal signs) are shipped within 9-12 business days. 

Large volumes of orders may cause some delay in the shipment of items. You will always be notified if any such delay is foreseen. Rest assured that our production team always strives to complete orders on time.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We offer store credits for returns instead of exchanges or refunds. Refunds are processed only when we send the wrong or faulty items and the items are no longer available.

Personalized Products

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on Personalized products. When placing your order you are clarifying size and personalized text/s.

If you realize you have made a mistake please contact us straight away. If your order has not gone to print we will make changes.
